Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli spears
  • 2 cups sliced cooked turkey
  • 2 cups condensed chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain.
  2. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Place slices of turkey on top.
  3. Combine condensed chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.
  4. Pour the mixture over the turkey and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle with grated sharp cheese, bread crumbs, and melted butter.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
