- Brown and drain the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water to the beef.
- Simmer until the water is evaporated and the beef is well coated.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter.

- Sprinkle grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the beef.
- Optional: Add fresh tomato or salsa on top.
