Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 10 oz. chopped olives
  • 3 oz. chopped mushrooms
  • 1 can Ro-Tel

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a heavy skillet.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Serve hot with corn chips or tostados.
