Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can mandarin orange sections
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the boiling water over the orange Jell-O.
  2. Add the miniature marshmallows and stir until the Jell-O is dissolved.
  3. Defrost the can of frozen orange juice and stir in 1/2 cup of sugar.
  4. Add the orange juice mixture to the Jell-O mixture.
  5. Cream the cream cheese and add the crushed pineapple to the cream cheese.
  6. Add this pineapple mixture to the Jell-O mixture.
  7. Add the cottage cheese, mashed bananas, and mandarin orange sections to the mixture.
  8. Stir until well mixed.
  9. Finally, fold in the whipped cream.
  10. Pour the mixture into a large container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
