Ingredients

  • 5 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. All-Bran cereal
  • 2 c. wheat germ
  • 2 c. 40% Bran Flakes
  • 2 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs (Egg Beaters)
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a 6-quart mixing bowl, mixing well.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just enough to moisten.
  4. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
