Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and cut slices while still hot.
  5. Roll the slices in powdered sugar before serving.
