Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. spinach
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen peas
  • onions to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Put spinach in a bowl.
  2. Press down and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cooked bacon and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Break lettuce and add on top.
  5. Season again and layer with frozen peas, chopped onions, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover completely with mayonnaise.
  7. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Toss just before serving.
