Ingredients

  • egg noodles
  • cream of celery soup

  • beef stew meat

Instructions

  1. Slice stew meat 1/4 inch thick or into small strips 1/4 inch wide.
  2. Brown the meat quickly on medium-high heat in 1/4 cup oleo in a skillet.
  3. Push the meat to one side of the skillet.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms and onion; cook on medium heat until tender.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon seasoning and blend in the meat.
