A delicious and easy deli ham sandwich with Swiss cheese, topped with a flavorful mustard and poppy seed spread, perfect for brunch or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. small dinner rolls
  • sliced ham
  • sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Remove the dinner rolls from the foil pan and split them crosswise to create two layers.
  2. Place sliced ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the split rolls and then replace the tops.
  3. Mix margarine, prepared mustard, and poppy seed; spread this mixture over the tops of the assembled sandwiches.
  4. Cover the sandwiches with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake the covered sandwiches at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the tops are browned and bubbly.
