Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 4 oz. uncooked noodles
  • 1 can cut green beans

Instructions

  1. Cook and stir hamburger and onion in a 12-inch skillet or Dutch oven until the hamburger is light brown; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in green beans (with liquid), cream of mushroom soup, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, milk, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 25 to 30 minutes, or bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
