Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked broccoli
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a large cookie sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, chopped onion, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese, cooked and drained chopped broccoli, and diced cooked ham to the mixture. Mix lightly.
  4. Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls and arrange them in a ring on the prepared cookie sheet, overlapping the edges slightly.
  5. Spread the cheese and ham mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.
  6. Bring the outer edges of the crescent roll dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ring.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
