Delicious Nut Bread

- Mix oatmeal, All Bran, flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, Sweet 'N Low and nuts in a large bowl.
- In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Combine banana mixture with oatmeal mixture and mix just enough to blend together.
- Batter will be thick.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been lightly greased (I use Pam spray) or spoon into muffin tins.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Recipe is fat free, sugar free and cholesterol free. Great for diabetics!
