Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 Tbsp. half and half or milk
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the half and half or milk, softened cream cheese, sugar, and half and half with a wire whisk.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  3. Layer the mixture at the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  4. Mix 1 cup of half and half with the pudding mix; let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves; mix with a wire whisk.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the layer in the pie crust.
  7. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
