Deviled Pecan Spread(Makes 2 Cups)

Ingredients

  • 2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans Underwood deviled ham
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. In bowl, blend deviled ham and cream cheese.
  2. Stir in pineapple, green pepper and onion.
  3. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Mound mixture on serving plate; garnish with pecans and parsley.
  5. Serve as spread on Ritz crackers.
  6. (May be refrigerated up to 2 days.)
