Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Combine dry mustard and flour; pound into the steak.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the steak on both sides in a little fat.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients: carrots, onions, and canned tomatoes.
  5. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
