Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked, finely chopped turkey
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • hot pepper sauce to taste
  • 1/4 c. cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked, finely chopped turkey and half of the chopped nuts in a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped onion, chopped pimiento, salt, hot pepper sauce, and cream of mushroom soup to the mixture; mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the remaining chopped nuts.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
