Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 small jar drained mushrooms
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 4 cups cooked noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onion in margarine in a skillet.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
  4. Stir in mushroom soup, milk, and drained mushrooms.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Fold in the nonfat yogurt.
  7. Serve over cooked noodles.
