Ingredients

  • baking powder
  • vanilla extract
  • packets of sweetener
  • egg
  • margarine
  • milk
  • white bread
  • pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine dry milk and bread, made into small pieces.
  2. Mix in the eggs.
  3. Melt margarine and add to the mixture.
  4. Add sweetener, baking powder, vanilla extract, and pineapple (including some juice).
  5. Pour batter into Teflon or sprayed muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
