Instructions
- Cook raisins in water until most of the water is gone.
- Add applesauce and eggs and mix well.
- Sift dry ingredients together. Add vanilla and all ingredients together.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
