Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup very warm water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp nonfat dry milk
  • 4 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in order.
  2. Process using the 'Basic' program.
  3. Remove the bread from the pan at the end of the cycle.
  4. Cool the bread before slicing.
