Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes (or 1 large onion)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. If using raw onion, saute in skillet, add beef. Drain fat.
  2. Add spices and tomatoes.
  3. Cook noodles till almost tender drain.
  4. Mix beef mixture and noodles.
  5. For OMAC.
  6. USE MORE STUFF!
  7. This is enough for 1 dinner for 4-6.
