Do Ahead Lasagna

Instructions
- Brown ground beef in large frypan; drain fat.
- Stir tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper into ground beef.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
- Cook lasagna noodles; drain well.
- Alternate layers of noodles, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese in ungreased 11 x 7-inch pan or 9-inch square pan.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
