Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can B and M beans
  • 16 oz. can B and M beans
  • 8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Saute finely chopped onion in bacon fat.
  2. Mix together the catsup, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, vinegar, and brown sugar.
  3. Drain the beans and remove pieces of fat.
  4. Combine the beans, crumbled fried bacon, chopped ham, and the sauce mixture.
  5. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or cook in a crock-pot for 1 1/2 hours.
