Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Knead dough for 2 minutes.
  3. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into shapes.
  4. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
