Ingredients

  • 20 oz. chopped broccoli (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sharp grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Chee-tos
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli and drain well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, grated cheese, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, beaten egg, and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed Chee-tos over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the topping is crispy and golden.
