Ingredients

  • 1 bag Doritos, crushed (nacho flavor)
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 block Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ranch beans (with hot peppers)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger and chopped onions until done; drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Ranch beans, and Ro-Tel diced tomatoes.
  3. Add the cooked meat and onions to the soup mixture and stir well.
  4. Layer the mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Crush the Doritos and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
