Doritos Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. Doritos
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can chili beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish or spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Place a layer of Doritos at the bottom of the dish.
  5. Add the cooked meat, drained chili beans, cream of mushroom soup, and Ro-Tel tomatoes over the Doritos.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  7. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake until melted.
