Ingredients

  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 cans lima beans
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1/2 cup minced onions
  • 3 oz crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • French dressing

Instructions

  1. Drain the kidney beans and lima beans from their cans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained beans, minced celery, minced onions, crumbled Roquefort cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Add garlic salt to taste.
  4. Pour French dressing over the mixture.
  5. Toss all ingredients together until evenly coated and moistened.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
