Double Crumble Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Special K cereal

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, nuts, cocoa and baking powder.
  4. Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Spread marshmallows over cake evenly and bake 2 minutes more.
  6. Cool.
  7. In saucepan (low heat) melt chips and peanut butter until smooth, stirring.
  8. Stir in cereal and spread on top of cooled bars.
  9. Chill and cut into bars. Refrigerate.
