Double Crumble Bars

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, nuts, cocoa and baking powder.
- Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spread marshmallows over cake evenly and bake 2 minutes more.
- Cool.
- In saucepan (low heat) melt chips and peanut butter until smooth, stirring.
- Stir in cereal and spread on top of cooled bars.
- Chill and cut into bars. Refrigerate.
