Dried beef balls are savory, protein-packed appetizers with a rich beef flavor, complemented by cream cheese and onion, perfect for parties or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried beef
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp Accent

Instructions

  1. Put dried beef into a blender or food processor and make crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup to roll the finished balls in.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together by hand and form into 2 balls.
  3. Roll the balls in the crumbled dried beef and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve as a spread for crackers.
