Ingredients

  • 2 large packages of cream cheese
  • 1 small jar dried beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and dried beef.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and add 1-2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce to taste.
  3. Sprinkle in some dried beef.
  4. In a soup bowl, firmly pack the bottom and half of the side of the bowl with dried beef.
  5. Add the cheese mixture into the bowl.
  6. Refrigerate the cheeseball until firm.
  7. When ready to serve, place a plate over the bowl.
  8. Gently turn the bowl upside down to transfer the cheeseball onto the plate.
  9. Serve with crackers of your choice.
