Ingredients

  • duck
  • chicken bouillon
  • corn bread
  • biscuits
  • light bread
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Prepare the duck by roasting or smoking it as preferred.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the margarine and sauté the chopped onion and celery until tender.
  3. Mix the cooked vegetables with chopped bread, corn bread, biscuits, or light bread to make the dressing.
  4. Add chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, sage, prepared mustard, and paprika to taste, mixing well.
  5. Combine the dressing with the cooked duck and bake or serve as desired.
