Ingredients

  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 1/2 c. Mazola oil
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 c. All Bran
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dump cranberries.
  2. Add eggs, Mazola, honey and sugar; mix well.
  3. Add All Bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda and walnuts.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
