Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  5. Beat together quickly until smooth.
