A creamy, crunchy layered dessert with pecan crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and chocolate and vanilla pudding layers, perfect for gatherings and sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 package cream cheese (3 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 small packages vanilla and chocolate instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, chopped pecans, and butter to form dough.
  2. Press the dough into the bottom of a lasagna dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and confectioners sugar until smooth, then spread over cooled crust.
  6. Prepare pudding by mixing pudding mixes with milk according to package instructions.
  7. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with an even layer of Cool Whip.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
