Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 or 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 medium can mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 can of water (from the tomato soup can)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a Dutch oven or suitable baking dish.
  2. Cover and bake in a 275°F (135°C) oven for 5 hours.
  3. Serves 6.
