Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixer bowl.
  2. Blend in eggs and half of the dry cake mix.
  3. Beat for 1 minute at medium speed.
  4. Add remaining cake mix and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
