- Add vanilla and sweetened condensed milk; beat until blended.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, 2 cups at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Knead the mixture until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and refrigerate until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and paraffin over hot water.
- Dip each candy into the melted chocolate mixture using a toothpick until coated.
- Place coated candies onto waxed paper.
- Use leftover chocolate to drizzle on top of the candies to cover any holes left by the toothpick.
