Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped onion and ground beef in a skillet; drain excess grease.
  2. Pour the cans of mixed vegetables, pinto beans, and cream of tomato soup into a large pot.
  3. Add water to the pot.
  4. Add the browned onion and hamburger to the pot.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
