Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cheeses, onion, and flour and place in a well-greased pie plate.
  2. Beat milk, eggs, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture in the pie plate.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
