Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 package smoked sausage
  • 8 oz. can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble.
  2. Fry the smoked sausage until browned, then drain and cut into small pieces.
  3. In a large pot, combine the cream of potato soup, Cheddar cheese soup, mixed vegetables, and milk.
  4. Add the cooked bacon and sausage to the soup mixture.
  5. Heat the chowder until thoroughly heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
