Easy-Do Potatoes

Creamy, cheesy baked potatoes with a hint of Worcestershire and onion, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Pare potatoes and slice into logs.
  2. Spray a baking dish with Pam and place the potatoes in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle with butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and evaporated milk.
  4. Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 hour or until tender.
