Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a large loaf pan.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
