Easy Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon, To Taste
  • Ginger To Taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized pot bring water to a boil. Add the Sweet potatoes and cover. Cook 15 minutes or until the potatoes slide easily off of a fork.
  2. Drain water. Mash potatoes with a fork. Add the Maple Syrup and the Brown Sugar and whip with a hand mixer until smooth. Add Cinnamon and Ginger to taste.
  3. Serve warm. Enjoy!
