Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Combine hamburger, rolled oats, beaten eggs, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking pan.
  3. Pour tomato juice over the meatloaf.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving dish, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
