Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ahi
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 small can crabmeat
  • grated almonds

Instructions

  1. Fry ahi slices just long enough to lightly brown them.
  2. Place the browned ahi in a large microwavable casserole or serving platter.
  3. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the ahi.
  4. Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  5. Spread grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Microwave for an additional 3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
