Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 3 large cloves garlic
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Place butter, onion, and garlic in a large glass dish; microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Add shrimp, parsley, paprika, Tabasco, and cayenne pepper to the dish.
  3. Cook for an additional 7 minutes, stirring twice.
  4. Add flour, water, white wine, and salt to the mixture.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
