Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
  • 6 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, minced onion, and a dash of garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  3. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a cookie sheet.
