Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 1 Small Can Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1 Small Can Green Chili Salsa
  • 1 16 oz. Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 16 oz. Can Refried Beans
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Grated Cheese
  • Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add chopped green chilies, green chili salsa, chopped tomatoes, and refried beans to the skillet.
  4. Simmer the mixture on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the mixture in warm flour tortillas, topped with grated cheese and sour cream as desired.
