Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 lb ground meat
  • 2/3 cup quick oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine minced onion, milk, ground meat, quick oatmeal, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and beaten egg; mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into 24 meatballs.
  3. Fry the meatballs in a 10-inch skillet until browned on all sides.
  4. Place the cooked meatballs in a 10-inch casserole dish.
  5. Spoon condensed golden mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake, covered with foil, at 350°F for 35 minutes, stirring and basting twice during baking.
  7. Uncover the dish and blend in sour cream.
  8. Serve the turkey stroganoff over rice or noodles.
